Head of Distribution, BNY Investments Dreyfus

 

Steve is the Head of Distribution at Dreyfus and is based in New York, New York. He is responsible for overseeing distribution efforts for Dreyfus, including its suite of domestic and offshore money market funds, ultra short exchange-traded fund (ETF), short and ultra short separately managed accounts (SMAs), and subadvisory capabilities. In this role, he has been a champion of several 1BNY initiatives, including the SPARK℠ and BOLD® launches and is a key driver of cross-enterprise connectivity. Steve is a BNY veteran and has been with the firm since 2007.

Prior to his current role, Steve was global head of relationship management for Liquidity and Margin Services and led a best-in-class relationship management team responsible for client engagement and strategy for the firm’s cash and margin platform across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Before, he was US head of relationship management for Liquidity and Margin Services, where he led a relationship management team for the Americas. Steve began his career in operational risk at Wellington Management in 2005.

He earned an MBA in finance and management from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business and a BA in economics and Italian studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
