Access Level Types:

Dealer: Access granted for all accounts under the dealer code(s) indicated.

Dealer/Branch: Access granted for all

accounts under a specific dealer / branch combination.

Tax ID: Access granted for all accounts under a Tax ID.

Account: Access granted for only specific accounts.

Dealer Fee Statements:

Selecting this access will grant you the ability to view and download dealer fee statements. Please note: This is only available to users with dealer or dealer/branch access.

Approve Colleagues' Trades:

Users with trade approval access are responsible for accepting or rejecting transactions submitted by their colleagues.

These transactions will not be submitted for processing unless accepted by a designated approver.

A user cannot approve transactions that they themselves have submitted.

Transactions requiring approval must be approved prior to a fund’s trading deadline, as stated in the fund’s prospectus, in order to be considered in good order.

User Access Types:

Inquiry Only: Provides user(s) with the ability to view account information, fund pricing, reporting and account statements.

Trading and Inquiry: Provides user(s) with the ability to process trades based upon selected criteria. User(s) will also have inquiry access ability to view account information, fund

pricing, reporting and account

statements.

 

Maximum Transaction Amount:

Indicate the maximum amount that you will not be able to exceed per transaction. If not leave blank for no limit.
