This privacy notice applies to individuals who obtain or apply for a financial product or service for personal, family, or household purposes, or have done so in the past, from any of the businesses listed below. It describes our policies and practices for collecting, disclosing, and safeguarding "nonpublic personal information," which may include financial or other customer information. It also provides you the opportunity to opt out of certain disclosures of information about you.

This notice replaces all previous notices of our consumer privacy policy, and may be amended at any time. We'll keep you informed of changes as required by law.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND SHARE
We collect a variety of nonpublic personal information about you. Such information may include:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms.
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, and others.
- Information we receive from our affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties, such as credit reporting agencies.
We may disclose nonpublic personal information to our affiliates or to nonaffiliated third parties as described below.
Sharing with Our Affiliates
Our affiliates include financial service providers such as banks, securities broker-dealers, investment advisers, insurance agencies, and transfer agents. We may share nonpublic personal information with our affiliates for administrative purposes, such as to process your transactions and service your accounts. We may also share nonpublic personal information with our affiliates so that they can tell you about services and products that may be of value or interest to you.
Sharing with Nonaffiliated Third Parties
We may share nonpublic personal information with certain third parties not affiliated with us as required or permitted by applicable law. For example, we may share information with companies that provide services to us in order to process your transactions and service your accounts. We may also share any of the nonpublic personal information we collect, as described above, with persons who perform marketing services on our behalf, or financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. Any joint marketing agreements will provide for the confidentiality and security of nonpublic personal information. When necessary, we also disclose nonpublic personal information to regulatory agencies, such as the SEC, FINRA and various banking regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, or parties to lawsuits.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are careful to restrict access to your nonpublic personal information. Our employees, and in certain cases nonaffiliated third parties and their employees, have limited access to nonpublic personal information based on their responsibilities. This access enables them to assist you in completing transactions, offer you additional financial services, and resolve any customer service issues that may arise. All of our employees are
instructed to follow the confidentiality guidelines provided in our Code of Conduct, which is strictly enforced. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to safeguard nonpublic personal information.
YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF CERTAIN INFORMATION SHARING WITH AFFILIATES
You may tell us not to share nonpublic personal information about you with our affiliates for the purpose of enabling them to market their products and services to you. Our affiliates include the following:

Your opt-out will continue to be effective unless and until you revoke it. You can notify us of your preference by completing and returning the attached Opt-Out Form. You may notify us about your opt-out preference at any time by contacting us at the address provided on the form.
If you invest in mutual funds listed in this publication through a nonaffiliated third party, such as a bank, broker-dealer or financial adviser, you will automatically be excluded from nonpublic personal information sharing with affiliates and you need not return the attached Opt-Out form.
For joint consumer accounts, any one of the joint account holders has the right to exercise the option described above. If you are a joint account holder, your decision will also apply to others with whom you jointly hold accounts. If you have more than one consumer account with us, it is not necessary for you to respond for each of your accounts. You need only respond once.
If you wish to opt-out from information sharing with affiliates as described in the policy, go to our Opt-Out Form.
Please note: If you have previously notified us of your privacy preferences, there is no need to return the Opt-Out Form. Your opt-out will continue to be effective unless and until you revoke it.
